Non woven bag screen printing is the most common and commonly used printing method in bag making printing. The following is the specific process:

1.Firstly, based on the customer's design documents such as CDR or AI format files, the film is made by plate making, and then stretched. Since the colors of screen printing are printed in one color, the more colors of screen printing, the more film sheets will be produced.

2. Non woven fabrics need to be dried on iron frames for a period of time during screen printing, which is susceptible to weather conditions.

The advantage of screen printing is its ease of application. Printing light colored fonts on dark fabrics still produces a noticeable effect, and there are no color restrictions.
