特种纸最常见的说法是指与市面上普通纸张不同的特殊材料或特殊用途纸张,例如铜版纸、哑光纸、书写纸、无碳复写纸、灰卡纸等,统称为特种纸。

 

特种纸的功能特性:

 

1. 防水性:通常,普通纸张需要具备防水性能。然而,具有独特性能的特种纸采用特殊的加工方法,使其能够防水防潮。特种纸之所以能够实现防水性能,是因为它采用了以下独特的加工技术,例如树脂浸渍、纸张润湿增强剂、纸张树脂涂层、纸张工艺蜡涂层等。

 

2. 遮光性能:特种纸是由纤维交织而成的特殊材料,因此纤维之间不可避免地存在许多空隙。然而,在造纸过程中,特种纸会填充各种填料并附着在纤维上,使其呈现不透明和遮光的状态。因此,特种纸具有良好的遮光性能。

 

3. 吸水性:特种纸具有很强的吸液能力,其吸液性好的原因在于纸纤维之间存在空隙。提高特种纸吸液性的关键在于选用空隙大、密度低的木浆纤维作为原料,并开发合理的制浆工艺。
